This holiday house comprises a beautiful salt water swimming pool (6x3m) with nice and abundant garden furniture, it is a delightful place to relax and enjoy a good book, a drink or a delicious meal. This little holiday house has been tastefully fitted with an eye for detail. The property is entirely fenced.

It is an ideal holiday house in this area of Provence to discover the surroundings, during the touristic holiday months as well as during the low season. During
the low season, rental is for a minimum of 4 nights. There is no barbecue but a plancha which more than makes up for it.

Villa L'Ousidou is a modern and sleek holiday home, very quietly located in the typical village of Sauveterre, just 12 km from Avignon (Provences / Alpes-Côte d'Azur). The area is really beautiful; on the edge of the forest with a view of Mont Ventoux, the dentelles of Montmirail, the village and the vineyards of Châteauneuf du Pape.

In the garden is the swimming pool (12x6m - depth to 2 m) surrounded by a large wooden terrace (130m2). You will find wonderful shady spots in the greenery. In addition to the barbecue there is also a ping pong and a swing.

The interior has a distinct style, the many wood, the beautiful windows and the occasional bold colors make this holiday home a nice and cozy stay.

The holiday home is for max. 10 people during July and August. The other months for max. 8 people. The owner lives on site in another house. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Le Mas du Moulin is a beautifully renovated luxury holiday home with private pool for 12 people + 2 babies in Orgon near Saint-Remy-de-Provence. This old typical mas was transformed by the owners into a true paradise with all the necessary luxury.

The holiday house Le Mas du Moulin is situated on a private domain of more than 10,000 m2. The holiday villa exudes peace and quiet in a typical Mediterranean setting surrounded by a beautiful nature with pine trees, centuries-old olive trees, orchards where delicious fruits bloom throughout the season.

This holiday home in Provence with swimming pool is very charmingly decorated, combining both modern and authentic furniture. The kitchen is spacious with a large beautiful cooking island and teppaniaki, induction and stove present. The kitchen appliances are of superior quality. The two doors in the kitchen open onto a nice terrace. Some other nice advantages are the presence of 3 different kinds of coffee machines, a beer tab (you have to buy the beer yourself), and several spices and basic necessities are available for the tenants. From the living room you have a nice view of the infinity pool. There is a very large television with built-in speakers. There is also a bedroom en suite of 100m2 which is also luxuriously furnished.

Outside you will also be amazed by the large summer kitchen and the many terraces (500m2 in total) around the swimming pool overlooking the beautiful garden with lawn. The trump card of this holiday home is undoubtedly the fantastic large fenced off heated swimming pool (14,5 x 7,5m heated from 1 April to 30 October) with all its extras such as the outside shower, a pool house, ping pong table, a fountain, small waterfall, hydromassage, jet stream and automatic filter system.

It is also a very child-friendly holiday home. There are 2 cots, 2 highchairs, a baby potty, a baby bath, a pushchair, a baby park and an enclosed swimming pool with a raised area for the little ones. The garden furniture is luxurious and of high quality. There are 10 sun loungers haut de gamme, a beautiful garden furniture and 6 parasols.

This luxurious holiday home with swimming pool in the South of France is close to many places of interest with cities such as Avignon, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, les-Baux-de-Provence. Also the Luberon is close by where you can visit Gordes, Bonnieux, L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Rousillon. They are considered the most beautiful towns of Provence.
